Larger casket required
Transfer over 30km from place of passing
Afterhours transfer ~ evenings, weekends and public holidays (outside of Monday ~ Friday 9am~5pm)
Doctor's fees for completing medical documents (this fee does not apply if your loved one passed away in a public hospital)
Additional death certificates (approx. $40 each from Births, Deaths & Marriages)
