Complete the arrangement form on our website. It takes about 10 minutes and can be done any time, day or night.

Sign the paperwork
We'll email you links to three short forms. Complete these online at your own pace ~ no printing or scanning required.

We collect your loved one
Once your paperwork is complete, we'll confirm a collection time and bring your loved one into our care.

Cremation
The cremation is carried out with care and respect.

Ashes Returned
Ashes are returned to you by courier or local delivery, with tracking details provided.

HOW IT WORKS
You'll always know what's happening.
At every stage, you'll receive an SMS and email update so you're never left wondering. We're also introducing a dedicated family portal where you can follow your loved one's journey in real time from collection through to cremation and the return of ashes.
Every person in our care is assigned a unique QR code, scanned at each stage of the process: uplifted, in our care, cremated, ashes available, and death certificate issued. It's our way of giving families complete transparency and peace of mind throughout.
From the time we receive your completed paperwork, most families receive ashes within 4–10 working days.
